Membership

Please note that non-NHIVNA members may register for the conference at the reduced rate applying to NHIVNA members if their registration forms are accompanied by a completed NHIVNA membership form and the appropriate payment (see pages 16 and 17 of First Announcement for details).

Cancellation

Providing that written notice is received by 11 May 2012, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after this date, although it will be possible to substitute a delegate of the SAME FEE CATEGORY up to the date of the conference. If the meeting cannot be held for any reason, the meeting organiser’s liability will be limited to offering a registration place at a future NHIVNA Annual Conference.

Abstracts

All delegates wishing to present abstracts need to be registered and may wish to note that registration rates increase after the abstract deadline on 13 April 2012. Click here for more information.

NHIVNA Workshops

NHIVNA are piloting a new initiative of holding workshops on Thursday early evening and Friday morning, before sessions. Places are limited to the first 50 applicants. Please register only if you intend to come. If, subsequently, you realise you cannot attend, please let the Conference Organiser know at your earliest convenience.

Gala Dinner

If you wish to attend the Gala Dinner you will be required to book a ticket. A contribution of £20 will be required, which has been introduced to try and ensure a full turnout, and that funds are not wasted. If you later find you cannot attend the Gala Dinner, please let the Conference Organisers know at your earliest convenience. If written notice is received by 11 May 2012, 75% of your payment will be returned.

Accommodation

Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation. It is very important that you book your accommodation early as rates will increase significantly nearer the time of conference. Please click here for further details.

Exhibition

Exhibition represents an essential and integral element of the Conference, providing participants with an excellent platform for networking as well as an opportunity to gain further insight into cutting-edge technology, latest healthcare solutions and services within the field of HIV and GU medicine. Entrance to the exhibition hall is free for all registered delegates.
