Conference Social Event
If you wish to attend the Conference Dinner you will be required to book a ticket. The event will be a relaxed, informal evening, including welcome drinks and a buffet, followed by musical entertainment and dancing. Further details regarding the venue and full timings of events will follow shortly. A contribution of £25 will be required, which has been introduced to try to ensure a full turnout, and that funds are not wasted. If you later find you cannot attend the dinner, please let the Conference Organisers know at your earliest convenience. If written notice is received by 5 May 2017, 75% of your payment will be returned.
Accommodation
Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation. It is very important that you book your accommodation early, as rates will increase significantly nearer the time of conference. Click here for further details.
Exhibition
Exhibition represents an essential and integral element of the Conference, providing participants with an excellent platform for networking as well as an opportunity to gain further insight into cutting-edge technology, latest healthcare solutions and services within the field of HIV and GU medicine. Entrance to the exhibition stands is free for all registered delegates.
